Daniel was born in the sub-zero temperatures of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Soon after he moved to Hamilton where he developed a deep fondness for the city and its people.
After attending Wilfrid Laurier University's Journalism program, he began working for Postmedia News as an online editor. Daniel joined OpenFile in September 2011 where he scours the web for unique Hamilton content.
When he's not glued to his computer screen, Daniel can be found playing with his dog at his local dog park or attempting to cook dinner for his wonderful girlfriend.
