ADRIAN LEE is a freelance journalist and documentary filmmaker who graduated in 2011 from the University of King’s College, with a combined honours degree in journalism and contemporary studies. He has reported for CBC Radio-One on both a regional and national level, and has contributed to CBC News Nova Scotia, the Globe and Mail, Metro News Halifax, the Coast, the Halifax Chronicle Herald, and OpenFile Halifax. He is a two-time finalist for the Canadian University Press’s John. H. McDonald awards in both the news and arts categories, attended a military journalism scholarship workshop with the University of Calgary, and in the last two years has served variously as the editor-in-chief, production manager, copy editor and arts reporter for the Watch, the King’s College student magazine.
