Ideas you probably already have thought of or done these but here I go anyway - I'm procrastinating at work.
Why did the artist get a $5,000 grant to put what looks like dead bodies in the empty lot where the herald used to be? how many artists even knew about the grant? and why DIDN'T they know - and who chose him and why.
I have to go back to work - I'll put some serious thought into this though!
