UPDATE: At 12:45 p.m. Nova Scotia Judiciary spokesman John Piccolo asked OpenFile to pull down our embed of their live feed from the St. Pat's-Alexandra hearing. Piccolo cited "copyright issues. We would rather you did a link. And no embedding."

Other outlets, including Haligonia.ca, pulled down the live feed.

Between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. today, community members will be able to watch live the Nova Scotia Supreme Court’s hearing on the sale of St. Pat’s-Alexandra school to JONO Developments. “Community organizations are making a motion for judicial review of council's decision to sell the property to a private developer,” according to the lawyer Joel Ron Pink.

The case “pits three community groups against HRM and Jono Developments Ltd., which want to develop the former school into a mix of condominiums and rental apartments,” says Metro.

This case has raised questions about council’s competence and obligations to private developers and community non-profits.

It remains to be seen whether the NS Courts Twitter account will be active during the hearing. They only have two tweets so far: one announcing their intention to be present on Twitter, and the second announcing the webcast of the hearing.

We have a reporter inside the room. Here’s a live-blog that includes her observations and other topical Tweets:
